Fluid Innovation manage maintenance and job costing with one solution

Fluid Innovation are refurbishment and relocation specialists based in London. They provide bespoke services for commercial businesses. From concept to completion, the team at Fluid Innovation provides design, fit-out and furnishings.

Challenge

The team at Fluid Innovation had been managing their day to day administration on several different systems including Taskworld, MyMobileWorkers and Monday.com to organise staff time, track expenditure and keep track of what had been done and needed doing on each job.

Having so many different systems Fluid Innovation has been finding it difficult to collaborate with information on each job. None of the systems they were using integrated with Sage 50, this again meant another place to have to input information.

Fluid Innovation had a recently established maintenance side to the business and wanted to find a system that could manage all aspects of the business from one place, along with integrating with their Sage 50 Accounts package.

Solution

Timesheets can be filled out by onsite employees via their mobile and submitted to the back office for approval. Employees can assign exact amounts of labour to different jobs throughout the week.

Maintenance Manager 50 provides all the additional functions required to manage and control a maintenance and service business or department.

With the mobile apps, office staff can send job cards from the office directly to staff onsite. Receive live job status from onsite engineers. From travelling, completed, to signatures and photos of the job. The material used can also be recorded.

All transactions are booked to each job linking with Construction Manager 50cloud enabling job costing to be simple and accurate.
